At Dirksen Screw Products, quality is a key focus. We have an extensive quality assurance lab, which includes a Zeiss CMM, Keyence and Oasis vision systems, optical comparators (several located throughout the plant in key areas), two profilometers (one which includes surface tracing technology), and a large variety of hand held gaging. Statistical Process Control data is utilized throughout our manufacturing process via our Plex ERP system.
We also have employed multiple fully automated vision systems. Automated vision systems allow us to check multiple features on high volume production jobs to keep up with customer demand and keep costs low.
